They are very cute, but I wish I could exchange for a smaller size. My daughter was a preemie, so even though she is 15 months, she probably still fits a size 1. I'm not sure the inches measurements are that accurate. Was looking forward to her wearing these this summer; will have to wait until next summer, more than likely.
