I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed about the delivery time, I haven't received any items at all, it was supposed to be for Christmas and nothing so far. You should tell customer that the items will take a month or more at check out. Now, I can't believe you have the nerves to ask me to review items I haven't even received. What a horrible experience!!

A: Most of our products ship from our Pleasant Grove, Utah warehouse, however we could ship from Ohio, or direct from a manufacturer if we do not have it in the warehouse.
